or chop sueyyam and (jicama) oyster sauce, other ingrediants
may be added depending on the chef. This delicious serving
can be eaten for dinner or lunch.

Easy Macadamia Nut Pesto
This delicious yet appetizing meal, is usually eaten during
dinner, it is quite filling and an easy dish to be made. Crunchy
unsalted macadamia nut bits, grated parmesan cheese, garlic
cloves, and a few tablespoons of olive oil, is used, to make
into a paste then served over chicken, pasta, rice, fish,
or vegetables.

Eggplant Spread
Consist of eggplant, juicy tomato, green onion, lemon juice
olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. To cook the eggplant,
is pierced in the middle and baked, then when it cools down
scrape pulp and put into a microwave, add remaining ingredients
and cook till done. Taste delicious when eaten on whole grain
bread, pita, or focaccia bread.
