Peru, this section of the upper Sacred Valley requires
no previous experience or special physical conditioning.
With short and east rapids, May through September are
the best months to run this stretch.

Surfing
Peru has over 2,680 km of coast on the Pacific Ocean.
The capital city is located on the central coast in
the Rimac Valley and is the country's economic hub.
This allows surfers to surf the waters. Its principal
beaches are: Ancon, El Silencio, Punta Hermosa, San
Bartolo, Pucusana and El Faro.
