Diving in Sublime Wuvulu Island and etc
Diving in Papua New Guinea is reputed to be as good as it is in the Caribbean and the Great Barrier Reef. Major dive sites include Kavieng, Kimbe, Lae, Lorengau, Milne Bay, Port Moresby and the sublime Wuvulu Island. There is the possibility of good surf at Kavieng between November and February and around Wewak from September to January.

Tahira Fishing Charters
Inshore there are Giant Trevally, Spanish Mackerel, Barracuda and Blue Spot Trevally. Offshore there are Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Dolphin Fish(Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna and much more.

Light tackle and fly fishing are a speciality, and trooling or bottom fishing trips operate daily. The best fishing season offshore is November through March.

The Dive Centre
The Dive Centre offers a full range of services to the dive traveller. The comprehensive-stocked shop and service center can supply all your diving equipment needs. Of course, that includes both air and nitrox fills. The Dive Centre is a PADI facility and its experienced instructors can take you from beginning to instructor.
They can also arrange a variety of activities for the non-diver - see the famous Kokoda trail, visit a crocodile farm, or maybe even spend a day fishing.
