People
The population of the Cook Islands is estimated with a population
density of about 69 persons per sq km. Almost 90 percent of the
people live in the southern islands. The vast majority lives in
New Zealand.
Language
The official languages are English and Cook Islands Maori.
Religion
The majority of Cook Islands, are Christians. The churches includes
Roman Catholic, Latter Day Saints, Seventh Day Adventists and Assembly
of God.
