Gyros Sandwich
A delicious blend of lamb, beef and seasonings, seared and

Baklava (pronounced "bahk-lah-vah"). More than
40 layers of filo dough is brushed with butter and layered
with nuts and spices, then drizzled with honey syrup. preferebly
eaten cold, and is a wonderful serving for guests.

Greek Paximathia (pronounced "pah-xsee-mah-thee-ah")
This cookies are incredibly buttery and made with pecans,
and are delicious, a different taste from the traditional
cakes and biscuits. Topped with sesame seads.

Sourota
A spicy, nut and filo-rolled pastry resembling a hollow log,
which is lightly dipped in honey syrup. Is sweet and could
be eaten with or with out honey.

City-Style Braised Artichokes
Despite its Greek name, this delicious ragout is believed
to have originated from Istanbul. Peas or favas may be added
to the mixture.
