the traditional Christmas ham. What you need is fresh ham,
egg, mustard, sugar and breadcrumbs.

Janssons frestelse ( Janssons temptation)
'Janssons frestelse' is a Swedish classic. Often
eaten for feast, (Christmas or Easter). We can also have it
as dinner with a glass of milk and maybe a sandwich. All you
need is potatoes, yellow onions, anchovies, butter and thick
cream.
