Located 35 km from the city, this park is easily accessible
by road, the village boasts of seven ethnic houses representative
of the Malay, the Chinese, the Penan and the longhouses
of the Bidayuh, Iban, Orang Ulu and the Melanau. Authentically
built and completed with traditional crafts, tools, utensils
and artifacts the village has been dubbed as the "living
museum" of Sarawak. Observe the inhabitants of the various
houses as they display their skills in making traditional
handicrafts such as beading, wood-carving, bamboo-carving,
pua-weaving, and others.
