It was confirmed by village council at July, 31 1997. A square
panel, on a yellow background black vernier, above it on a vert
strip (width in 1/3 sides of a flag) are two yellow hop cones.
The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo.

It was confirmed by village council at July, 31, 1997. In an or
field is sable vernier, in the vert chapter are two or hop cones.
The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo.
Vernier symbolizes the advanced machine engineering industry in
Kvasyliv, and hop cones specify cultivation and processing of
this culture and one of versions about an origin of the name of a
settlement.
