The coat of arms might have been adopted around 1999, as it is
shown on Opcina Popovaca site <www.popovaca.hr> on
02.12.2002. In blue shield on a green hill a red church with
white portal and belfry. On the doors the escutcheon of Erdödy
(azure a deer issuant from a wheel) encyrcled with grapes and
leaves.
This coat of arms might be based on some historical pattern, and
if it is adopted then surely there is a flag to go with it, but
at the moment I have no other info.

The CoA is of the Pálffy family, lords of Bratislava (or
Pressburg (german) or Poszony (hungarian); it is now also the
emblem of Bratislava region, on which
page Ales Krizan and István Molnár provide more info; the
emblem is also used for the Pálffy Museum in Vienna, see <http://www.palais-palffy.at/eng/geschichte2.htm>.
