Goulash Soup
Goulash is Hungary's national dish. This rich stew is made
with meat, onions, and potatoes. It is often served with noodles
and slices of black bread. Goulash is flavored with paprika
(a spicy red pepper). Sour cream ,mushrooms, cabbage, or peas
may be added according to the preference of the cook.

Chilled Sour Cherry Soup
A refreshing way to start a meal on a hot summer day. Many
other kinds of fruit can be used like blackcurrants, rhubab,
gooseberries. It's best served when its chilled.

Filled Fish Fillets
The fillets of fish is wraped with a sprinkle teaspoon of
gelatine, lemon juice and mix together with mushrooms, peppers
and peas. Decorated and served with mayonnaise, before serving.

Gulyas
A kind of beef soup which is made from cattle. Incredible
portions of paprika permeates the stew, as well as green-peppers,
onions, gravy, and milk.

Halaszle
A fish soup made of perch, pike or catfish, then served with
carrots, lard, paprika, salt, onions, and vinegar or any other
spices available. The men are always given the preference
to prepare this dish, as women aren't trusted to make it properly.
The soup is shaken, never stirred.

Egri Csirke
This dish is special in its own way because it is salted,
and the chicken is stuffed with onions, calves liver, wine,
milk, paprika, and perhaps bull's blood.
