wine from the Loire Valley in France or from California
is a good match.

Asian dressing includes big impact flavors fish sauce,
lime juice, and cayenne. With this dish, try a simple
kabinett wine from Germany's Mosel region.

Stir-fried Thai Noodles
Although this dish is traditionally made with flat rice
stick noodles, thin dried rice vermicelli can also be
used. Dried shrimp and preserved radishes can be difficult
to find, but the considerable flavor and texture they
provide make them well worth the search.
