The flag of Pretoria, South Africa, is the inverse as that from Praha
- red over yellow. It is the same as Warszawa's.

This is an illustration of the flag of Pretoria University. The proportions
of the colours appear to be two-thirds blue above and one-third red at
the bottom. I have been given no indications as to the proportions of the
flag as a whole.
The shield is the coat of arms of the university, which will be appearing
on Armoria within the next few days.
The shield is shown "back to front", so this is obviously the reverse
side of the flag.
