equilateral triangle Argent edged Sable with sides curved outwardly, touching the circumference  and thereon  a  tree Vert and beneath the triangle two axes in saltire Argent, the whole surrounded by an  edge Or and  placed on a rectangular field Vert (bottle green).
The name BOSBOU DEPT. FORESTRY appears in letters Sable on a scroll Argent outlined Sable below the circle.
