Slovenia (People's Republic of, until 1963, later Socialist Republic until 1990) had a white-blue-red flag with a star, officially adopted on 18 January 1947, and abandoned on 27 June 1990. As in the case of Croatia, these colours have nothing to do with the Russian flag.
