It's a very vert dark blue flag with double white and red vertical stripe (~1B + 2R) at the hoist, reminding of the state flag. On the blue panel a solid outline of the map of the country in white (canting?), and white capital sans lettering "White County" on the top, and "Tennessee" on the bottom; on the map, in red sans digits, the date "1806", supposedly the incorporation date.
