According to presantation given by Andriy Grechylo, President of the Ukrainian Heraldry Society at ICV20 (Stockholm, 2003): "Contemporary Flags of the Ukrainian regions: Old traditions and new designs", Ternopil County got a flag. No more information is available yet.
