President

Togo, president Gnassingbe
Eyadema 1:1~
by Zeljko Heimer

Based on information from L'Album 1990 issue, and picture in correction 26, there are in use flags for the President, Chief of Staff and Chief on Navy and there exists a war pennat.
The flag of the President of the Republic is an (approximately) square flag designed as the national flag - therefore having the square canton covering much more then a canton would usually be. In the canton the star from the national flag is replaced by a golden laurel wreath with a smalloer white star in its base and between the branches golden initials GE. They stand for Gnassingbé Eyadéma, who took the power in 1967, then still under name of Étienne Eyadema [the accents are not sure and written differently in several sources I consulted] that he changed to Gnassingbé on 8-MAY-1974 (so say site on rulers at http://www.geocities.com/Athens/1058/rulers.html). The font, size and position of the initials is my interpretation ("reconstruction" if you want), since the image in L'Album does not contain any initials.

Depending on when these flag is adopted, it may be that EE was also used (probably without accents anyway). It may even be possible that former presidents had versions of their own. In that case here is the list from the mentioned site:
27 Apr 1960 - 13 Jan 1963Sylvanus Olympio (b. 1902 - d. 1963)
(acting to 12 Apr 1961)
13 Jan 1963 - 15 Jan 1963Emmanuel Bodjollé (b. 1928)
(chairman Insurrection Committee)
16 Jan 1963 - 13 Jan 1967Nicolas Grunitzky (b. 1913 - d. 1969)
(acting to 5 May 1963)
14 Jan 1967 - 14 Apr 1967Kléber Dadjo (b. 1914)
(chairman National Reconciliation Committee)
14 Apr 1967 - Étienne Eyadema (from 8 May 1974, Gnassingbe Eyadema) (b. 1937)
General Gnassingbe Eyadema is reelected on 21-JUN-1998 for another mandate of five years.

Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces

Togo, Chief of Staff 1:1~
by Zeljko Heimer

The flag of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (Chef de l'État-Major des Forces Armées) is in the same design as the flag of the president differing in the elements contained in the red canton - here a golden emblem consisting of two rifles in saltire, an anchor palewise and an emblem standing symbolically for wings, over all is set a white five-pointed star, somewhat towards top from the square center.

Commander in Chief of the Navy

Togo, Chief of the Navy 1:1~
by Zeljko Heimer

The flag of the Commander in Chief of the Navy (Commandant de la Marine) is of the same design as the previous flags, emblem in red canton consisting of two goldden anchors in slatire and a white star over them in the middle of the canton. This star seems to be notably smaller then the one in the national flag (about the same height as one stripe).

War Pennant

Togo, War Pennant 1:7~
by Zeljko Heimer

The war pennant (flamme de guerre) is a long triangular penant of green over yellow with red panel at hoist.
The ratio of the pennat is given as 1:7~ in correction 26, and 1:6.6~ in the original issue of L'Album 1990. The red field is told to be less the 1/10 of the fly in the original L'Album 1990, in corr. 26 is not quoted. The image in corr. 26 give a pennant of ratio about 1:11 (my estimate of the image), with red filed being of the same width as the hoist (but thet would agree with "less the 1/10"). Anyway, I give my interpretation of 1:7 flag, with red field being "square".
