Kolonica municipality flag

[Kolonica flag] by Jarig Bakker, 25 Feb 2001

This municipality is in Snina district, in NE Slovakia, near the Ukrainian border. In the past there was a lot of colonization by Saxons, but they seem to have disappeared. Part of the flag is on a photo with the mayor carrying it in some discomfort at this site. Assuming the double swallowtail I have made a conjectural image of the flag.
