Brezno is a town of c. 15.000 inhabitants in Stredoslovensky province in the Hron valley in a mining area. In 1655 Brezno became a free and royal city.
At the history page
of the Brezno site is a thumbnail image, which leads to this
page, with several heralds clad in a coat with the city-CoA, carrying
a ceremonial flag, vertical BWR with in the center an ellips with in lilac
the greater CoA of the city. Using the image on top of the history page
I've fiddled a bit to get this image.
