Description of the flag

I have no information on newly adopted symbols, nor confirmation that the former ones are continued to be used, but I believe it is so.

The former symbols are given in Banderas municipales de Eslovenia, published in Banderas [ban] #58 (March 1996). The article explains that the coat of arms is based on the seal of 17th century, red with the archangel St. Michael in silver, with golden wavy sword and scales standing over a green dragon. The flag (que carece de especificaciones oficiales) is white with an upper stripe blue and lower red, with the coat of arms in the middle. "Usual" ratio 1:2. The source mentioned in the article is decision Glasio Krajevne Skupnosti 45 / 91-7-526 , adopted 7 March 1991.

The above image is made according to the image issued in the article. The image is possibly incorrect in the shield shape, and it is quite likely that the design has been officialized since.
