Description of the flag

According to my observations at last since the late1980s, the flag in use has been a very narrow flag (ratio ~3:1) with 7 square tails, white, bordered red, and with the coat of arms in lower part.

The coat of arms can be blazoned as follows:

Argent a cross gules.

It is usually represented on a "baroque" cartouche.
