The flag is rectangular in ratio 1:2, vertically divided in three equal green, yellow and red stripes, with the coat of arms set in the middle stripe.

Coat of arms

The coat of arms of Odranci pictures in the upper green field a golden stamping-mill and in the lower red field three golden disks. A stamping-mill is a wooden device which was used for removing the chaff of the grain by beating, while the three balls are said to symbolise the millet porridge.
