What appears to be the coat of arms of the municipality is shown on the municipal website. This is a white shield outlined in red with a blue device which seems to be made of two interwoven and attached fishing hooks (or that may be some other kind of tools, maybe to do with wood industry). The same site shows one more simplified coat of arms which may be based on some older version, which in turn might indicate that this coat of arms is not so new as it would apear on the first glance.
