I have found description of city of Usolye-Sibirskoe (in Irkutsk oblast) flag.
It is green � light blue (goluboĭ | голубой)
field with white diagonal stripe. Ratio 2:3. Width of white stripe is equal
1/6 of the �general size of the flag�. I think they mean length of the flag
(but I�m not sure)
