The new flag is at
pueblos-de-puertorico.com site (Not available anymore) , a white
field with new CoA. Trujillo Alto is is in northeast Puerto Rico;
it was founded in 1801 (?) and there are 61,120 Trujillanos; it
is known as the pueblo of "Los Arrecostaos".

The CoA as well as the flag were changed by the present
municipal administration by means of Ordinance 19, 1997-98
series, of May 29, 1998.
The flag appears to be 8:9 in size. So I draw it that way.

I located a flag from
pueblos-de-puertorico.com site (Not available anymore) which is
the old flag, also to be found on lexjuris
site, based on the old CoA. This was designed in 1973; the dots
stand for the 13 provinces of the kings of Castilla y Arago'n.
The flag was designed in 1982 by Pedro R. Di'az, and had as
motive the 'Olimpiadas Ji'baras', celebrated by the municipios.
