I located a flag and CoA
at pueblos-de-puertorico.com (Not available anymore) However the
CoA is slightly different from the one on the flag. (No scroll) .

There is a scroll on the CoA at freeyellow.com
from which can be concluded that there are two flags for Sabana
Grande: one with the CoA and one with the CoA + scroll. Sabana
Grande is in southwest Puerto Rico in a lake area; it was founded
in 1813 and there are 23,785 inh.
