Above is the official and correct flag of the Municipality of
Canovanas.

I found the flag of
Canóvanas at pueblos-de-puertorico.com site (defuncr). This
pueblo is east of Carolina in Carolina district. The flag is
simple horizontally BYB with something in the middle. It could be
a crown, as shown in the image
at the Lexjuris
site , where the description of the flag has the CoA in the
center of the flag. There is also another flag with a crown at
pueblos-de-puertorico.com as could be seen here.
