Zambrów: formerly in the Łomża region (now Mazovian, c. 30 km south
of Łomża). A town since 1430, lost this status 1870 and regained in 1919.
In Poland since WW1. ca. 23.000 inhabitants (1994). It is the main town
of Zambrów county.
