Wolsztyn (German: Wollstein) was formerly in Zielonogoskie vojvidship; it is c. 50 km southwest of Poznan.
Jarig Bakker, 5 Sept 2000

The flag and CoA are of Wolsztyn County. The CoA is a small CoA of the city (Our Lady) combined with the silver eagle of king Przemysl II (it is the CoA of Wielkopolskie voivodship).
On the flag, vert stands for forests, azur for lakes.
The author of the CoA and the flag is Chrystian Gomolec.
Both the flag and the CoA need yet to be published in voivodship official paper to be made official. So, as you can see this is a fresh matter. Both insignia were adopted by County Council on August 22nd 2000.
