Norwegian Naval Pennant/Masthead Pennant

The cosntruction details from Flaggenbuch. However, the Flaggenbuch showes the "triangular indentation" (i.e. the usual swallow tail) while Album (and Engene) has it "trapezoidal."

The pennant has a trapezoidal cut out. I checked this with the naval base here in Bergen when doing "proof reading" for Armand.
