The national ensign on board image by Jaume Ollé same pattern but with 1/2 x 1/2 canton is not shown in the Neubecker 1992 facsimile edition of the Flaggenbuch 1939.

Flaggenbuch 1939 shows the boat ensign of the district authorities as a black flag with a red canton (2/3 of the hoist x 1/2 of the fly) bearing a white crescent and a white 5-pointed star. On the lower fly, a red lozenge with a white crescent and a white 5-pointed star.
