Túxpam

Túxpam de Rodríguez Cano, its full name, is a city and port in the East of Mexico (Veracruz). It is located jointly the flow of the same-named river. Its main industry is the extraction and refination of oil.

    Túxpam, Veracruz-Llave, was part of the Departamento del Golfo. Its registration flag used during 1923 was blue with a red cross. It looks like that of England, and the registration flag of Veracruz used in the between 1858 and 1888.

Lobos is an island placed off the coast of Barra de Tamiahua, Veracruz, in the Gulf of Mexico. It is under the jurisdiction of the municipality and port authorities of Túxpam.

    Lobos, Veracruz-Llave, was part of the Departamento del Golfo. It had a registration flag about 1923 consisting on a fiel divided in two horizontal parts, red to the hoist and white to the fly, and a white square in the canton.
