Description

Blazon: Per pale Argent and Gules. These arms possibly stem from Count Roger Hauteville's, which were the base also for the national flag.

António Martins, 1 March 2000

Mdina was the ancient capital of Malta.

Ivan Sache, 23 March 2000

I spotted the city flag of Mdina in November 2000. It was its banner-of-arms (proportions 3:5, as near as I can tell, not 1:1), the old undefaced white-red vertical bicolor.

Norman Martin, 26 November 2000
