Srbinovo is town of c. 1,200 inhabitants, located somewhere half way between Kicevo and Gostivar, in high mountains surrounded with several high peaks. Railway passes by it over high bridges and through number of tunnels in the valley of river Lakavicka. This is the landscape shown in the emblem.
In spite of what the name would suggest, I don't think that there is a Serbian minority of any importance here. The wider region does have considerable percentages of Macedonians, Albanians, Turks and Muslims (according to 1981 census), but I don't have data for specific towns separately. Howeevr, I would suppose that in these high mountains remaining Turks and Muslims would to be found.
