5:3 (vertical) blue flag with the municipal emblem in the
middle.
The emblem is a yellow circle, in which is placed a blue diamond
outlined in yellow and connected to the circle by two vertical yellow
stripes. Inside the diamond is placed the municipal shield. The basis
of the shield shows a ship on water, most probably the lake of Ohrid.
In the median part of the shield are shown buildings (?), and
something is written on top of the shield.
Ohrid is a city of c. 30,000 inhabitants, located on the lake of Ohrid (367 sq. km), which is shared with Albania (and called in Albania Lake of Pogradec). Ohrid is one of the main historical centers of Orthodox religion and Slavic cultures, and has several Byzantine church and monasteries, inside the city of Ohrid and in neighbouring vilage of Sveti Naum. Sts. Cyrille and Methode founded in Ohrid the first Slavic University.

Ohrid was as a whole proclaimed a monument of world cultural heritage by UNESCO. The ring with diamond encyrcling the emblem is the UNESCO emblem of this heritage. The lowest part of the ring between the two vertical stripes should not be present on the above image.
I believe that the designer of the shield without the was the late Pero Cimbur, a designer from Zagreb. Along the chief it probably inscribed in cyrillice latters OHRID.
