municipal emblem in upper part.
The vertical emblem is vertically divided red-white and the border
between both fields matches the border between both fields in the
flag. It seems to me that the emblem partially shows a bridge over a
narrow and deep valley, but I cannot be more precise. Republika
Makedonija / Kichevo is written in Cyrillic letters in the chief of
the shield.

Kichevo is a city of about 22,000 inhabitants, located in western central Macedonia, relatively high in the mountains.
