2:1 (vertical) red flag with a yellow sun with twelve "drop-like" rays placed in the upper part of the flag, a yellow stripe placed along each vertical side of the flag and stretching from the middle of the sun to the bottom of the flag, and a diagonal yellow stripe linking both vertical stripes.
The sun is another variation of the Macedonian national flag, and the yellow stripes build an inverted N, which I identify as the Cyrillic letter I for Ilinden.
Ilinden was the place of the Ilinden uprising against the Ottomans.
