3:2 (vertical) flag, vertically divided white-dark blue with the municipal shield placed in canton. The shield shows a landscape, whose elements are light blue sky, a dark mountain and blue water in foreground. A white statue and building are also placed on the shield.

Delshevo is a town of c. 8,000 inhabitants, located on the river Bregalnika, close to the Bulgarian border. The town is named after the Macedonian revolutionary Goce Delcev. The statue undoubtly represents him.
