Description of the flag

1:2 flag with seven red-black-red-black-red-black-red, with a red canton charged with the municipal emblem arms.

The inscription in the chief of the emblem reads "OPCTINA CAPARI" (Opshtina Tsapari).

Capari is small town (ca. 2,000 inhabitants) located some 15 km west of Bitola in south-west Macedonia, in a valley encirceled by high mountians.
