3:5 flag, appparently showing a red mountain under a blue sky and above a green lake or meadow, a white stripe symbolizing the shore. In lower left part of the flag, a large yellow star fimbriated in green and white. Four other yellow stars rotated 45° are placed on the slope of the mountain.

Arachinovo is a own of c. 6,000 inhabitants, located some 10 km east of Skopje. The explanation of the flag might be rather far fetched, but possibly the shape in the flag suggest the ending slopes of the mountain Skopska Crna Gora that ends just north of Arachinovo.
