The Mevuot Hermon Regional Council spreads over the Hula Valley toward the Galilee Panhandle and the Lebanese border in the north. In the south, the council's settlements reach the Sea of Galilee. It was seperated from Regional Council Galile Elyon in 1976. The Regional Council unites 13 settlements with 5,000 inh.
It has no official flag and in case of need it uses an emblem on monochrome background. Above it is shown on white but it could appear on other colour backgrounds as well. Source: regional council website. This is 'second-hand' information so it needs further confirmation. The emblem of Mevuot Hermon has not been formally adopted.
