Overview

Vinica is a community fortyish km west of Varaždin, about 4,000 inhabitants (1993). Even to a non-Slavic speaker the root of the place-name should be obvious and after looking at CoA even more so. The CoA is shown at County web site <www.varazdinska-zupanija.hr>: Azure a vine tree proper.
