The community of Mocenicka Draga (Mos<c'enic<ka
Draga) is some 25 km south-west of Rijeka, south of Lovran and
Opatija along the eastern coast of Istria. The name is a name of
a bay (and place named for it) below the old town of Moscenice
(Mocenice) some hundreds of meters high above the
coastline. The coat of arms is azure two oars or in saltire and
an anchor argent.

According to the official gazette: Odluka o grbu i zastavi
Opcine Mocenicka Draga, 1. travnja 1997, Slubene
Novine Primorsko-goranske upanije, br. 7/97, 11. travnja
1997, The flag is blue with the coat of arms in the middle.
There is also a ceremonial flag, of which I have no image, but
descrption from the decision: The ceremonial flag is dark-blue
with the coat of arms set in the middle. Above are in three
arches inscribed name "OPCINA MOCENICKA DRAGA",
the first word being written in somewhat smaller letters. In the
three (rectangular?) tails there are three branches of the
characteristic vegetation, in the right an olive branch with
olives, in the left a laurel branch with its fruits and in the
central a garden-sage branch (Croatian "kadulja") with
its flowers, all golden-yellow.
