Belisce (Belis<c/e, Belisae) - Yelow flag with CoA in the
middle. CoA is: Gules two (linden?) leaves Agrent addorsed and in
base three barrulets of the same. The coat of arms is canting
picturing leaves (Croatian: lisae), and those also being white
probably induced by the first part of the name, in dialect beli
means white.
Until 1997 Belisce had status of a community, when it gained city
status within Osijek and Baranja County.
