Overview

Rasinja is a community 10 km west of Koprivnica with about 4600 inhabitants. The CoA and the flag are described in the statutes of 2001 issued in the official gazette (avilable on <www.glasila.hr>):  Statut Opcine Rasinja, 27. rujna 2001. Službeni glasnik Koprivnicko- križevacke županije, br. 11/01, god. IX, Koprivnica, 5. listopada 2001. They must have been adopted somewhat earlier, say about 1997.
The coat of arms of Rasinja is claimed by the statutes the historical coat of arms of the Community: per fess chief per pale, first in gules chequy gules and argent [sic!], second azure corn ears or, and third gules a mullet or in chief and a crescent argent. The flag is white with the coat of arms in the middle.
