The flag is blue with a white zigzag stripe centered, vertical with 2 zigs and 2 zags. The company logo centered on this stripe and consists of a "K", with one of the lower legs stretching out to suggest a "J", all black.

Kristian Jebsens Ltd. was a Norwegian company dating from 1929 with sundry name changes along the way, the last I have recorded being 1995 when it became Jebsens SA Group and in 1998, following a takeover by Actinor Shipping A/S, the ship management business was placed under Wilson Management A/S. The flag shown was changed to a horizontal triband of blue-white-blue with the white taking about 2/3 the field and bearing a narrow blue horizontal zig zag band of 3 complete and 1 half upward zigs. This brought it into line with its funnel band markings and the change is noted in Brown 1982. I note the former flag still shows on the Hong Kong site which relates to an agency company of that name and assume that it now has no connection with Norway with the name, and possibly the old flag, having been acquired although whether the latter actually still flies may be another matter. The flag is probably taken from the website of the Hong Kong agency subsidiary. The actual shipping company is Lian Huat Shipping Co. (Pte) Ltd. of Singapore.
