According to Album 2000 [pay00] the aircfraf marking is a roundel of red-yellow-green. Note by the image claims that the national flag is painted on the fin.

The book [cos98] reports that the previous (and first) roundel used in period 1959-1962 was of different colour order - from outside green-red-yellow. No fin marking is shown (though it is mentioned). On the other hand, it mentions that the aircraft markings of Guinea are virtually the same as that of Ghana, Mali and Bolivia. Also, very similar to Rwanda (that uses "sometimes" national flag, distinctive with black R, on fin) [Rwanda changed the national flag in 2002].

Note that Guinea and Mali have indeed a long common border. It is weird that nobody in their respective Air Force noticed the possible confusion between airplanes from the two neighbour states.
