Stade Toulousain

Stade Toulousain is one of the leading French rugby teams.
The above flag is hoisted in the stadium, so it might have an "official" status. It is a vertically divided red-black flag, showing the traditional colours of the team. The shade of the red is rather dark, not far from the Georgian "red".
