Flags in James Bond films

This flag appears very often in one of James Bond's movies (can't remember which one. I saw it some years ago). That's the flag of the criminal organization 'Spectre' (very bad guys, almost as bad as Saddam Hussein :-) It's a horizontal triband of yellow, black, yellow with nothing else on it.
