Dexter London, 1. Aventurier Professionnel_ is a french comix album from 2000 (or. ed. (c) Dragaud Lombard), by Sergio García and Léo. It is set in a fictional earth-like world.

This is clearly not intended to be Earth as we know it, as shown geography and toponymy implies (as well as aprts of it's anthropology), but OTOH quite much like our real world in much anything else -- cars, clothes, social behaviour, and even cultural items such as some anthroponyms and toponyms (there's a Zambeze river with a Port Moresby city in its mouth...).

Linglang

[flag of linglang
by Antònio Martins-Tuvàlkin

In an airport scene a flag is visible in two frames (pages 11 and 14 of the portuguese edition, ISBN:972-8718-32-2), a ~2:3 horizontal triband of red-yellow-purple. This is supposedly the flag of Lingland, one of the main countries described -- though it *could* also be the city flag of the capital Sterlisset, though I wouldn't bet on it.
